A Friday for Balance

I wanted to check in with you all because consistency matters, but I'm afraid I don't have much to say, except:

It's incredibly hard to find balance while you're building something.

But gosh is it so important.

Players who are gym rats are great, but rest days are the key to vitality.

Entrepreneurs who have sleepless nights can achieve great things, but they're often the ones who make costly mistakes.

I'm so very grateful for all of the things I've learned to do and get to do with my days. And it can sometimes become overwhelming.

The quest for balance is one that is too often overlooked, and I gave myself the grace of balance this week.

I encourage you all to do the same. :)
