A professional shooting coach and instructional designer, BriAnna has traveled the world providing expert shot training to athletes and coaches of all skill levels, ranging from youth to WNBA and NBA. She is also is founder of the Changing The Game Conference and creator of the Shooters Shoot Training App.
She has worked with Swedish and Portuguese National Club teams, Emma Cannon of the WNBA, and consulted NBA players.

MEET THE FOUNDER
BRIANNA JOY GARZA,
MS, M.Ed.
Professional Shooting Coach • Instructional Designer • Founder of Shooters Shoot
BriAnna Garza is the founder of Shooters Shoot LLC, a shooting development brand built on one belief: the audacity of self-belief. What started on a front porch in Phoenix, AZ in October 2021 as a T-shirt idea has grown into a global training system, working with athletes from complete beginners to WNBA, NBA, and European pros.
BriAnna holds an M.S. in Sport & Performance Psychology and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Human Performance Technology — a background that shapes every part of her coaching, blending biomechanics, physics, and psychology into both an in-person and an online system that holds up under pressure. Before basketball became her business, she played collegiately at Baker University, where she was named HAAC Player of the Year and an NAIA All-American, and still holds school records for career assists and points. In September of 2026, BriAnna was inducted into her college Hall of Fame.
Today, she's expanding to Austin, TX, where she'll open the first Shooters Shoot training facility in Spring 2027.
