Shay was first-team All-State (Idaho) and Jr. All-Star Top 100 ranking. In 23 games as a 15-year-old sophomore, she averaged 22.9 PPG, 10.7 RPR, 4 APG, and had 17 double-doubles on 52% FG shooting (35% from three) for Skyline High School. She currently plays for Columbia University.

Emma Cannon went from being ranked 109th in the WNBA and shooting 25% on catch-and-shoot FG to being ranked #1 in the WNBA (at least 45 attempts) and shooting 55.6% on catch-and-shoot FG. She currently plays for the LA Sparks.

Macie Arzner joined the Shooters Shoot system at 13 years old. From the start, she brought a high level of maturity to her development—quiet competitor, focused worker, and someone who truly cared about getting better.

By her senior year at South Medford High School, Macie led one of the top programs in Oregon and earned a full scholarship to the University of Pittsburgh. She was named Southwest Conference Player of the Year, 1st Team All-State, All-Conference Defensive Team, and was selected to the Oregon All-Star Game. She finished her high school career with over 1,200 points, multiple conference titles, and a reputation as one of the toughest shot-makers in the state.
